A) Snatch Balance- build to a tough single in few sets; NOT a 1RM
My loads:
5 x 95, 5 x 115, 3 x 135, 1 x 145
(had to move on... shoulders were roasted though...)
B) 3 x 5 Shoulder Press; rest 2 min between sets
My loading:
135 / 145 / 155
C) WOD: 12 minutes
- Buy-in: 300 double unders
- then,
- Row for total meters.
Score is total meters rowed.
My
total was 2,289 meters.
I didn't stop sweating for about a 30 minutes post-WOD... LOL! I love Met-cons!
