I love Met-cons

It's no secret, I really do love a good Met-con (metabolic conditioning) workout.  Yesterday at Studeo 55 satisfied my need to sweat perfectly.  The workout was right for me...

A) Snatch Balance- build to a tough single in few sets; NOT a 1RM

My loads:   5 x 95, 5 x 115, 3 x 135, 1 x 145 (had to move on... shoulders were roasted though...)

B)  3 x 5 Shoulder Press; rest 2 min between sets

My loading:   135 / 145 / 155

C) WOD:  12 minutes

  • Buy-in:  300 double unders

  • then,

  • Row for total meters.


Score is total meters rowed.

My total was 2,289 meters.

I didn't stop sweating for about a 30 minutes post-WOD... LOL!  I love Met-cons!
