In January 2016, I released my first book with the help of a great support team at Life Tree Media and my incredible wife and partner in life, Christie. My book focuses on providing people with a blueprint to discover within themselves what it takes to lead a life full of health, wellness and purposeful fulfillment.

Only when body, mind and spirit are working in alignment can we truly achieve lasting fitness that enhances our life experience. A disciplined mind gives us the focus required to achieve our physical fitness goals for a healthy body; a healthy body gives us the energy and longevity that we need to meet our larger life goals; and those larger life goals are what give meaning to the entire experience.

Is it possible to get physically fit without taking care of the other aspects of you? Sure. But it’s much harder to get going and keep going, and much less fun.

You need a strong, healthy body to have the energy, confidence and presence to build an awesome life.

“I just don’t have time to work out.” “By the time I put the kids to bed I’m exhausted.” Sound familiar?

Many of the stories we tell ourselves become external limits that stand in the way of our reaching our fitness goals.
