  1. Hi!! Thanks for sharing this amazing gift!! I was wondering my bf and I we always have this discussion, he says worming and stretch its not necessary before training, he says afterwards is when one can stretch. I think the opposite. What would you suggest? and which one is the best way to stretch before train?

    • I believe in getting my body temp elevated before I work out — I often will do a 2,000 to 4,000 meter row at a moderate pace to get the blood flowing… then I follow it up with a series of light movements and dynamic stretching. When I work with clients, I take a similar approach but do more dynamic work rather than rowing/jogging/cycling. Hope that helps.
