I feel like this cat towards Barbara!
Good old Barbara. She’s one of the Crossfit ladies and she’s a mean one… If you’ve ever had the pleasure to meet this little one, she’ll mess with your head. She’ll make you feel like you are an all-star at first, then slowly she shows her true colors. Minute by minute, round after round, she runs you into the ground.
I don’t like you, Barbara, and frankly my dear, I just don’t give a damn who knows it!
Alright, enough of my complaining. Barbara is a traditional Crossfit timed-goal workout. It incorporates pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups and air squats for 5 rounds, broken up by 3-minute rests between rounds. Here’s the format:
5 Rounds for time of the following exercises:
3-minutes rest between rounds.
Add up all your round times for total work-out time.
My times this evening (and Barbara is still laughing at me) were:
Total Time of 26:42
Give it a rip and post times to comments.
Nicely done Barbara!
Gotta love all the stairs we have in our place – lmao Dai!
I also liked the modified version for the beginners where the pull ups were subbed by ring pulls. Well done everyone!

The modified version was a good one too. Would everyone find it useful if I posted modified versions of the workouts?

I enjoyed the modified version of Barbara. Dai, I can appreciate that the full version of Barbara left you wanting nothing more to do with her. The modified version left me spent, but wanting to come back for more on Sunday Jan 24, see you then Big D, you are The Dude
