It's my kid's fault I don't have time to exercise (NOT!)

Ok.  I get it.  I see why people use their child's busy after-school activities as an excuse for not making time for their own workouts.  (In the immortalized words of Borat: " NAAT! ")

Yesterday evening I had the awesome opportunity to take my daughter, Chardonae, to the local rec-center swimming pool for her swim test.  She was going with her Girl Guide troop and would be in the water for about 90 minutes doing a series of tests with a few life guards.  What the heck would I do for the next 90-minutes?  I guess I could do what the other parents do, and just sit on a bench and watch the kids splash around... I think not.

I had a quick workout (see below) followed by some foam roller time, then a hot tub, followed up with a nice stretch in the sauna.  And I feel great this morning.

I guess there's always time, if you want there to be.
