- 3 x 24kg kettlebell Turkish get-ups.

- 1 x 20ft rope climb
- 10 x static pullups
- 50 x air squats
- 50 x pushups (release hands on deck)
- 50 x 24kg kettlebell swings
- 400m run
- 100 x double unders
- 30 x 185lbs deadlifts
- 10 x ring dips
- 10 x handstand push-ups
- 50 x 24" box jumps
- 25 x burpees
- 50 x 20lbs ballslams
- 50 x Overhead Walking Lunges with a 45lbs plate
