Workout of the Day:  I AM CrossFit
Veni, vidi, vici!  Big thanks to CrossFit BC  for a great workout yesterday.  The title of the WOD seemed fitting to say the least... and with Taranis Winter Challenge right around the corner, its time to start tweaking my training a bit in preparation.

"I Am CrossFit":  3 Rounds For Time



  • 400m Run

  • 15 Pullups

  • 7 Hang Power Cleans @ 135lbs


 

My time was 9:15.

CrossFit... We're nervous together, we sweat together, we conquer together.

What a concept!
