Just a quick post reviewing another beauty of a workout today… only a few more sleeps left until this week’s competition in Lynnwood. Time to start tapering it off a bit…
See how many rounds/reps you can complete in 24 minutes. After each run/row, add one more set of “Cindy”. Add up total amount of rounds plus reps completed for your score. Good luck!
Today I completed 19 rounds plus 20 reps. I’m pretty happy with that, however, knowing that Ben “Footie” Highmore got 21 plus the run makes me want to puke. I couldn’t catch him!
