Today's WOD: "Cindy makes me puke"
Just a quick post reviewing another beauty of a workout today... only a few more sleeps left until this week's competition in Lynnwood.  Time to start tapering it off a bit...

Workout of the Day:  "Cindy makes me puke" (24 minute AMRAP)


See how many rounds/reps you can complete in 24 minutes.  After each run/row, add one more set of "Cindy".  Add up total amount of rounds plus reps completed for your score.  Good luck!

  • 200m Run/Row

  • 1 Round Of "Cindy" (5 Pull-ups,10 Pushups,15 Squats)

  • 200m Run/Row

  • 2 Rounds Of "Cindy"

  • 200m Run/Row

  • 3 Rounds Of "Cindy"

  • ... etc etc etc


 

Today I completed 19 rounds plus 20 reps.  I'm pretty happy with that, however, knowing that Ben "Footie" Highmore got 21 plus the run makes me want to puke.  I couldn't catch him!
