Sunday Fundays just got a whole lot more funner

WOD:  Complete the following for time



  • 10 x Burpee box jumps (24/20)

  • 20 x wall balls (14/20)

  • 30 x calorie row

  • 40 x kb swings 1/1.5 pood

  • 50 x double unders

  • 60 ft x OH Walking lunges (25/45)

  • 70 ft x farmer carry (weight to be determined)

  • 80 ft x sand bag carry

  • 90 ft x waiter walk (dumbbell weights to be determined)

  • 100 ft x sled push (weight to be determined)



The times varied for everyone on this WOD, but everyone finished between 10 and 16 minutes.  Great showing all!
