I know nagging, chronic conditions can be frustrating. After 2 weeks of dealing with issues stemming from my autoimmune neutropenia, I’m finally getting back to daily movement at the gym. Sometimes the best thing we can do is listen to our body, and treat recovery like a sport. Intentional healing and recovery is powerful. Remember life is a journey of progression and not perfection. Grace and self-love in knowing that with time, and intentional self-care, we can allow our resiliency to support us on our return to thriving. You’re never alone. You got this! 🙏🙌
