Quick WOD then off to the Gorilla Games
Today was a day of mobility work and a quick workout to just move the body allowing my heart rate to get up.  Thankfully tomorrow is a rest/travel day and then Sunday morning it's go time!  I compete in the Fire-breather division at the  Gorilla Games  in Seattle, Washington, which by the looks of it will be a challenging competition with some fierce competition and grueling WOD's.  Game on!

WOD:  15 Minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

  • 9 x toes to bar

  • 12 x 20lbs wall ball shots

  • 15 x 24" box jumps


I managed to finish 7 rounds plus 10 reps... the box jumps were tough as I had to do 1 at a time due to my right knee acting up.  Hope that clears up by Sunday as I know one of the workouts has a boat load of pistols in it.  Yikes!
