My last workout before the end of the world
According to the Mayan calendar tomorrow marks the end of the world... so I went to the gym and got a workout in.  Heck, isn't that what everyone does the day before civilization as we know it comes to a complete and utter stop??!

Well, seemed like the right thing to do.


end of the world PM:  Studeo55 (Thursday December 20th)


A)  Muscle-ups(worked for 15 minutes on transitions)

B)  Hanging Squat Snatches(worked for 10 minutes)

C) 10 x 2 hang power clean

My loads:   145, 165, 185, 205, 225, 225, 225, 225, 225 (only did 9 sets)

D)  WOD:  50 Burpees for time (touch a bar/target 6" overhead)

My time:  2:39

After the burpees I thought I was going to die... seemed fitting with the world about to end tomorrow. ;-)
