How To keep It Hygienic

If eating beef is your best way to eat it out, do it hygienically. Generally beef is not very clean while it is transported from one place to another. Though, a little contamination may not send you to hospital, but taking precaution is mandatory.

  • Wash your hands with one of the best natural organic body soap  before and after preparing your meal. Adding up some organic food into your diet is a good idea and adding a natural organic body soap to your hygiene routine is better.

  • Don't let your food sit out more than two hours. Keep a record of temperature, if it is over 90 degrees, put away your food after one hour. I know, it's very easy to forget the leftovers—don't do that, refrigerate it immediately.

  • If, you are grilling up some food, preheat your oven at least 20 minutes before using it. It not only warms up the grill, but even kill germs lingering from last day's barbecue.

How To keep It Healthy?

  • Soaking your vegetables in lukewarm water with some salt and vinegar for two hours is a good idea. As, with the growing concern about pesticide residues on the surface of the fruits and vegetables, it becomes quite essential.

  • Supplement your diet: Even if you eat all the vegetables together, it fails to supply all the essential vitamins and minerals to the body. Therefore, high quality vitamin supplements can best compliment your fitness diet.

How To keep It Hydrated

In hot summers, we get tired and dehydrated easily. And dehydration is one of the leading causes of fatigue. Water should be the most important nutrient of your summer meals.

  • Don't mistake thirst for hunger. If you feel tired and hungry in the gym, instead of going for some heavy protein meal, go for a bottle of water.

  • Being a fitness passionate, I hope you avoid sodas and coffee. A protein shake is more of protein and less of water, so skip that too for hydrating your body. Some fresh juice and water can help. Don't skip water when you are thirsty in the middle of the training.

  • I hope you have quit alcohol, when you registered your name to the gym. It will only dehydrate.

How To keep It Hearty

The solution is-- you need to eat more hearty meals than overeating.

  • At work or play—reach for salad, not for potato chips, junk will fill up the stomach but won't feed you.

  • At home-- break out the crock pot ! On the go, stews and other crock pot meals are quick and easy to throw together in the morning, and satisfy in the evening. Slow cooking locks the flavor in with the nutrition.
