Today was a perfect day.
When I woke up this morning, I knew that today was going to be a great day. Three of my favorite things in one day, so how could it be anything less than stellar? The day was filled with
Family
,
Crossfit
and
Vancouver Canucks
! First thing this morning Christie and the girls were off to the Buy-Low on 200th Avenue in Langley to ring the Christmas bells and collect money for the Langley Lions (I'm so proud of them), meanwhile I was headed to
Crossfit Langley
for a training session with Coach DC.
After warming up for about 30 minutes with the dowel, travel roller, and skipping rope, I was ready to hit it.

And what's the best way to end a perfect day? Well taking my brother, Josh (the #1 Toronto Maple Leaf fan) to see the Vancouver Canucks win 4-1 over his beloved team is definitely up there. But one up'ing that is going grocery shopping with my lady and having some quality 1-on-1 conversation recapping our day and my excitement over a new PR at Crossfit...
As I said, it was a perfect day.
