After a weekend of fun and WOD'ing at the CrossFit Taranis Winter Challenge, I've found it difficult to take a couple full rest days. To the chagrin of many friends, I've skirted the questions and remarks and just WOD'ed anyway. Mistake? Probably. But nonetheless, I've enjoyed my new-found zest for classic CrossFit workout challenges.

135lbs Snatch, 30 reps for time.
My time, a new PR I might add, was 3:34!
I'm still pumped about it... and after a 15 minute soak in the hot tub, I'm starting to feel my shoulders and back again... LOL! kidding.
I wonder what my next CrossFit classic will be? Suggestions?
