Well, well, well... hello deadlifts! Hello burpees!  Hello wall balls!  Hello v-sits!  Thank you for the beat down today.  I really truly want you to know that you all made my day.  Seriously!

Today's workout at CrossFit BC was a long grinder of a workout.  The workout was for time and it went down like this:

  • 10 x 225 lbs deadlifts plus 1 round of 5 burpees, 10 v-sits, 15 wall balls with 20lbs wall ball;

  • 8 x 225 lbs deadlifts plus 2 rounds of 5 burpees, 10 v-sits, 15 wall balls;

  • 6 x 225 lbs deadlifts plus 3 rounds of 5 burpees, 10 v-sits, 15 wall balls;

  • 4 x 225 lbs deadlifts plus 4 rounds of 5 burpees, 10 v-sits, 15 wall balls;

  • 2 x 225 lbs deadlifts plus 5 rounds of 5 burpees, 10 v-sits, 15 wall balls.


 

My time to complete was 25:48... and I was spent!  IF you are looking for a long, grinding workout, fill your boots with this one.  Enjoy!
