  • 1 x 20ft rope climb

  • 10 x static pullups

  • 50 x air squats

  • 50 x pushups (release hands on deck)

  • 50 x 24kg kettlebell swings

  • 400m run

  • 100 x double unders

  • 30 x 185lbs deadlifts

  • 10 x ring dips

  • 10 x handstand push-ups

  • 50 x 24" box jumps

  • 25 x burpees

  • 50 x 20lbs ballslams

  • 50 x Overhead Walking Lunges with a 45lbs plate
