Getting psyched for burpees (whatever!)

Psyched for burpees! Seriously! IS that even POSSIBLE?
On Wednesday February 22nd, the first of 5 WOD's were posted for the CrossFit Games Open competition. The workout, to many people's dismay, is as follows:
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of Burpees
(The description: This workout begins from the standing position. The Athlete will move from flat on the ground to touching an object with both hands that is 6 inches above their max reach. Score is total reps completed.)
I'm trying to get pumped up to make a go at 7-minutes of as many burpees as I can do, but no matter my mental mind state, I'm having a heck of time getting fired up for this doozy of an AMRAP. Rhetorical question, have you ever seen a Moose do a burpee? Wait for it! I will post a video of me doing CrossFit Games Open WOD 12.1 so you can all have a good laugh at this one.
I have to concede that after reading CrossFit Invictus' blog post by C.J. Martin, Yay Burpees, my head is in a better space. After all, what is worse than a 7-minute AMRAP of burpees? A 10 or 20 minute ARMAP of burpees of course!
Big thank you to Kelly Starrett of Mobility WOD as well for putting together the below video - definitely going to take note of his pre-WOD pointers to physcially prepare for this little burner.
Stay tuned for my update tomorrow after my 7-minutes of fun, super-titillating, best-exercise-in-the-world, getting-so-fired-up-I-can't-sleep Burpee WOD!
PS - wish me luck!
