Busy days, busy days... but fortunately, as busy as my day gets, I always have time to WOD.
This evening I stopped in to CFK (
CrossFit Kitsilano
) for the 5 o'clock throwdown. And man! I'm happy I did as Coach Fynn was just in the process of receiving their new CFK T-shirts. And they are AWESOME!

WOD: For time
- 1 km run
- 50 burpees
- 1 km run
My
time was 15:31... and it was a LONG 15:31 too!
