My Top-10 CrossFit Goals for 2013

In case you didn't already know I love CrossFit!

I made a shift four years ago when I started on my personal road to improving my functional fitness capacity; CrossFit completely transformed the way I look at my own personal health and fitness.  Had you asked me " would I be where I am today ", I would have had a hard time answering it.

I never imagined that my list of personal milestones would include muscle-ups, hand-stand push-ups, 485 lbs deadlift, sub 2-minute "Grace", sub 3-minute "Fran" and a slew of other personal milestones.   But here I am... putting out to the world my top-10 CrossFit goals for 2013 .

CrossFit Goal Setting

As I ready for 2013, I decided that this was my year to internalize my CrossFit goals.  Write them down.  Study them and make them part of my daily ritual.  I've created a widget to track my progress and it shall stay active on my blog all year-long... this is going to happen!  2013 is my year!
