I like working my weaknesses
Yesterday afternoon i worked with my coach Jeremy at Studeo55.  For an hour straight we worked nothing but two of my least favorite movements:  the snatch (full squat) and the muscle-up.  Working my goats is not typically  fun but I was finding my groove eventually.

By the end of the hour I was feeling an incredible sense of accomplishment.  Try it.  Work for one complete hour on the movements that give you the most grief.  You already know what they are... we all do.  Trust me, you'll feel amazing once your done.
