"Cindy" (with a twist) takes another victim
My friend Lance came over this evening to work out with me.  Being fairly new to Crossfit I thought it appropriate to introduce him to one of the "ladies" of Crossfit.  Needless to say, Cindy wasn't very nice to him...

For a warm-up we alternated doing 500 meters on the rower.  While one was rowing the other was skipping.  We completed 3 rounds of this and then jumped right into the WOD.

Being that yesterday was a bit heavy on the squats, I switched out the ball squats with ab-mat situps.  The workout went as follows:

In 20-minutes, complete as many rounds of the following exercise set:

  • 5 x Static Pull-ups;

  • 10 x Push-ups;

  • 15 x Ab-mat sit-ups.


Cindy was a bit nicer to me today, allowing me to finish 11 and a 1/2 rounds.  Lance however bowed out after 11 minutes... with her take no prisoner attitude, Cindy continues to challenge Crossfitters at all levels.
