Sunday Funday is my favorite day of the week
Sundays are Fundays at Fitness Town !  For almost 1 year now an eager group of health and fitness like-minded individuals have congregated on Fitness Town Burnaby to share in a CrossFit experience.  People of all different fitness backgrounds come together to encourage one another and partake in a group fitness experience that leaves us all feeling a bit healthier by the end of the workout.

730/845 WOD:


A) Dynamic Warmup

B) Skill training: Box jumps (establish max jump)

C) WOD: Tabata Time

  • Tabata Wall-balls

  • Tabata Ball slams

  • Tabata Knee-to-elbows

  • Tabata Pull-ups

  • Tabata Box Jumps


10am WOD:


Dynamic Warm-up

WOD: "Tropical Thunder" (for time)

  • 50 thrusters

  • 40 deadlifts

  • 30 Hang Power Clean

  • 20 Overhead Squats

  • 10 Push-press


Rx: Men 135lbs / Women 95lbs

My time was 18:06... however it felt more like an hour and 18 minutes. LOL!
