! For almost 1 year now an eager group of health and fitness like-minded individuals have congregated on Fitness Town Burnaby to share in a CrossFit experience. People of all different fitness backgrounds come together to encourage one another and partake in a group fitness experience that leaves us all feeling a bit healthier by the end of the workout.

time was 18:06... however it felt more like an hour and 18 minutes. LOL!
