Tonight was a good one.  Kept it simple and worked the shoulders - have to admit my triceps are still burning from last nights burner.

Warm-up:

  • 3 rounds of 3 minutes of skipping;

  • 50 x 10lbs ball slams for time (my time 0:54)


WOD:

Shoulder press (push press if fail) - 3, 3, 3, 3, 3

  • Set 1 115lbs x 3;

  • Set 2 135lbs x 3;

  • Set 3 165lbs x 3;

  • Set 4 185lbs x 3;

  • Set 5 205lbs x 0... Failed miserably!  ooops!


Next time, going to go for 205 again but on 3rd set.  Think that should make a difference.
