A Father's Day weekend to remember

A Father's Day weekend to remember
I was reminded by Christie that this weekend marked my 10th Father's Day.  I'm amazed that 10 years have come and gone and here I am with two beautiful girls that look up to me and call me "Daddy".  I reflected a great deal over the last few days, remembering times where I made mistakes and wasn't the father or husband that I wanted to be, but more so, I also remembered all the good things that I've done that I'm proud of.  And most of all, just seeing the excitement in my little girls' eyes when they see their "Poppa Moose" coming through the door.  It far outweighs everything else.  I'm so grateful to be a father and thankful every day for all the experiences, good and bad, that I've had the pleasure of experiencing.  Here's to another 50 or 60 years of Father's Days...

... well, afterall, I'm going to live forever right?

The weekend recap:   Grouse Grind with the Fitness Town Summit Seekers , full day at Fitness Town Burnaby followed up by a chill night at home... Sunday was " Fight Gone Bad " at the Sunday Funday Throwdown ( my score, not a PR, was 447 ); followed up by lunch with friends at Whole Foods (go figure); then a daddy spa treatment with my little ones and a BBQ extrodinaire!  Bam!

Now that's a Father's Day to remember, eh?  How was your Father's Day spent?
