Do you ever wake up and find yourself wondering what day it is?  Laying in bed, rubbing the sleepy gunk from the corners of your eyes, you reach for your iPhone and realize that a week has just passed you by!  I had one of those very moments post my mid-afternoon nap which coincidentally happened while watching a movie with my girls (that's how it always happens!).  Thanks to my photo stream I can relive my week in photos…

… I realize it isn't a blog post, but as the adage goes “a picture speaks louder than WORDS”.

  • 20 Pullups
  • 30 Pushups
  • 40 Situps
  • 50 Squats
  • Rest 3 Minutes

Total time was 28:35 (less 12 minutes for a total of 16:35) – new PR!

CrossFit 604:  WOD: Ball Slams, Rope Climb WOD (10 min AMRAP)

  • 1 Rope Climb 15 feet
  • 7 Ring dips
  • 10 Ball Slams @ 40lbs
My total was 6 rounds plus 3 reps.

CrossFit BC:  Team WOD (5 rounds for time)

Teams of 2 complete 5 rounds for time. Work must be divided evenly, with one person working at a time. Each exercise must be completed before the team moves to the next in order. Team mates run together, and may only start working when both are back on the training floor.

  • 8 Muscle-Ups
  • 6 Power Snatch 95/135
  • 4 Squat Clean
  • 200m Run

Great WOD!  Our time was 28 minutes.
